FotBet provides football statistics, AI-generated predictions, and betting tools for informational and entertainment purposes. The Service includes data dashboards, accumulator suggestions, a bet tracker, and related features.

3. Not Financial or Gambling Advice

All predictions, statistics, and accumulator suggestions provided by FotBet are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, gambling, or investment advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always gamble responsibly and within your means.

4. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed in EUR and may be subject to local taxes. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without permission
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content on FotBet, including statistical models, UI design, and written content, is the property of FotBet and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of predictions, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FotBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any betting losses incurred based on our predictions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Norwegian law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
